strike.NyxWGA: Prick should not be an R/O just by itself. Now if the whole post is
15 different insulting words, with some abbreviated profanity
thrown in for good measure then that's a different story. If you
think a strike was too heavy handed, please appeal it so we can
ensure fair and consistent enforcement.

want us to have faith then any moderator that has 5 disputes
overturned should be immediately fired, after all, it's only
fair... right?NyxWGA: We replaced the entire moderation staff less than a month ago - we
terminated the moderation service we had been working with and
brought it entirely back in house. I know there has been severely
inconsistent moderation in the past, but we expressly worked to
change that BEFORE we revamped the policy. None of our current
moderators have had lots of moderation being overturned - and for
the few things that needed to be overturned so far, it is discussed
with the moderator so that they can improve their decision making
process.

i have earned over 25 warnings on the forums, but whenever the
number gets too high i try to be nice for a while. While this
affect me? Also, this just seems like there is 1 week left
to rage at all the arties that shoot at us. Lets see how many
are left after that.NyxWGA: Your current violations will be wiped clean, but going forward they
won't roll off. Players in general are going to have to learn from
their mistakes and improve, and not just improve long enough for
their points to fall off.

system. Folks need to improve their behavior long-term, not just
long enough for the sanctions to roll off.

WoT, and I've never actually been chat banned. So I dont think it
will be *that* bad. @Ghostprime, some proper
clarification please: do teamkill bans count as strikes?
I personally think that teamkill bans at least should decay.
At least the first one, if you get TK banned for say an hour or 6
hours, or however the shortest time is, it should decay, but take
say 3 times as long to decay as it previously did. Sometimes TKs
are unintentional, and do earn bans that arent always justified.
(And some people get TK banned for essentially defending themselves
from trolls) like, they are justified but sorta not deserving?
Accidentally TKing someone on the cap circle for instant ban, clan
mates TKing each other in strongholds (which is where my one and
only ever TK ban came from) shouldnt ever get strikes (or even get
a TK penalty tbh) strikes for TKs should only be given when its a
multiple offense. Also, I HIGHLY implore that support look at the
issue in question before giving a strike, because its a big
deal. As for forum bans... Yeah. I kinda have to
admit, the stuff you get banned for can be quite minor, or even
nonexistent. I dont think its the right way to do forum bans,
because I have also had an RO for posts I have made months before
the RO was given in threads that had been dead for just as long.
Also I actually did a test in this, I reported several forum posts
that didnt deserve moderating for some bollocks reason, and all of
the posts except 1 got modded. (amusingly enough the one post that
didnt get modded was most deserving of the RO)NyxWGA: Team kill bans issued by the automated system will not change. The
policy changes only refer to bans placed manually by Wargaming
staff.
