auditing the strikes themselves, not just appeals, to ensure that
folks on our end are placing them correctly and consistently.
Over time, once we feel that the team is being consistent,
we'll audit the strikes themselves less, but continue to audit the
appeals. We have an internal Quality Assurance department that we
set up this spring. Through this, we continually audit customer
service ticket responses, forum moderation, and any type of
sanctioning/banning that is occurring to ensure we are being
consistent. I know that some folks have had bad experiences
in the past, so it's understandable to have some concerns. PLEASE
submit an appeal if you feel you have been sanctioned incorrectly
so that we can address the issue.
