botting. Think about the excuses you might hear if you confront

There are lots of excuses for AFKing as well.
I agree that on the development end there needs to be steps taken to ensure participation in each battle.
Aside from mileage requirements won't help, I have seen replays of arty that gets their 1 kill and then checks out, leaving teammates hanging.
What other things do you think should be done to ensure active team mates?
