Why does WG not want to improve MM?

Mugsy_: I understand you are frustrated but please do your best to communicate in a constructive, civil manner. I think you can look at this thread and see clearly that hostility changes the course of a conversation for the worse. People stop hearing one another and it reduces to bickering and then the thread gets closed because it no longer has any value to the community. It just becomes a personal flame war. The only way to foster an informed, involved, healthy community is to promote rational discourse over fighting and attacking each other.
In regards to your actual post, as I said above, we are aware of and working to correct the known problems platoons can create within the matchmaker.
