Why does WG not want to improve MM?

Mugsy_: We definitely do not take the matchmaking lightly. We have made huge leaps and some small hops.
There are technical limitations and tangles which we are working through and around as part of our endless effort to offer the best matchmaking possible. We are aware of the problems our community has brought to our attention, for example, we know that platoons can lead to aberrations in the matchmaker. But the vast majority of battles you find yourself in should feel like a fair fight.
