This past weekend we ran into a synchronization issue on our servers. Rather than keep the servers running, and potentially having the issue affect every single player, we made the call to restart them on Saturday evening. While the initial issue was fixed, the restart caused issues, particularly for Clan Wars players.
We love Clan Wars just as much as you do, and we’re the first to admit that lately it hasn't been up to the high standards that you expect it to deliver. No one is more disappointed by this fact than us. So, we’re re-doubling our efforts and working with all of the teams here at Wargaming to ensure that moving forward, Clan Wars is what it should be – perfect. All of you, whether you take part in Clan Wars or not, have been incredibly patient with us and we’re extremely thankful for that. So, please bear with us during this process and thanks again for your understanding.
