No new features should be in effect as of tonight. We're investigating why new icons were made available and there is a chance that the menu will revert to the 7.5 version until those new features are implemented.
While an experimental period of tank locking is possible in the future, it should not be active tonight. The sabotage, intel and counter intel buttons are semi self explanatory buttons while the exact mechanics are not available yet. The training button refers to training your "Spies" for those features.
So - there shouldn't be any surprises tonight.

The new Clan Wars features will be put into effect in coming updates. There are many variables that influence exactly when, so I couldn't give you an exact date. Variables such as moving CW to the North American map, the possibility of a tank locking experiment, and other fairly large game changers. But we'll be sure to give lots of advance notice before any changes take place.
