server split is a deal breaker for me. Especially if there are
going to be two different clients, one for EU and one for US. First
of all, choosing between which group of friends I want to play with
is not only difficult, but puts me, the player, in the position of
telling some of my friends I chose not to play with them any more.
Your solution, to create a second account, is asinine at best
because for one, I lose all of the experience I've earned since
joining the beta and really dislike the thought of starting over
again before I'm forced to. Secondly, once this thing goes live and
real money starts changing hands, I'm rather insulted that you
would expect me to pay you twice.I realize that it's far too late for you to change your plans now, so I'll just close my rather angry rant by saying that once the server change happens, I will simply uninstall WoT for good. I won't let you put me in the position of choosing between friends, so I simply won't play at all.
MrVic: You've stated this a few times, regardless its nothing something
thats capable at this time, long term maybe. Its much like just
like most games you can choose a sever and play, but unlike some
games you can play on all the servers regardless of location. A
number of companies even limit that ability, WoT will not. With a
hard wipe at release (since we are testing) you'll probably have
more troubles. Personally I have tested through 3 full wipes and
exp'd my way back up each time. I have enjoyed it try new tanks see
how things changed ect.
Sorry to hear that but sometimes thats how things go.
