MrVic: I know many I have tested and still use make an impact. Its pretty
easy to feel the impact of some of them, when using tanks that have
middle ranged stats that get changed.
Example gun laying drive, fast aim times on a gun make it hard to see due to its normal speed (many german guns) Or the really aim speed guns the effect can be seen but with it being so long you feel it should be faster so it can be hard to see. Its the middle range ones with and without gunlaying drive that is easier noticed. Gunlaying drive on a jagpanther not a huge deal, gun laying drive on the 85mm BM much more noticeable.
In essnece their usage is for enhancing the tanks performance as a perk instead of drastically improving it making them a must have to play.
As for the Orginal coversation, The increased load capcity modules I see as priamrly a way to buy and equip heavier turrets and guns without going to the researched track upgrade. So if you have the cash free you can use larger guns ect that you researched in a earlier tank or parrel tank tree, as soon as you get the tank. Normally weight limits / Turret prevent equiping some of those items. If its only limited by the weight capcity and you want to use it immediately then module weight boost for credits instead of exp might be worthwhile. Granted researched track upgrades typically have traverse speed improvments but sometimes its fun to just get the gun first and tracks later or not at all. Its a fine turning module as your progress instead of a elite tank module in most cases.
Thats personally how I see its uses.
