MrVic: Their going to create a Crisis Center with 100's of TV monitors and have it randomly display images like a security booth at Walmart. That does surveillance for people violating any game rules or standards. Staffed by a crack team of under paid uneducated pygmy's that will work for balls of yarn and live under their desks. Oh and their blind.
But this is just a Rumor and as Kurt said I don't think its been said yet. But I am really leaning towards the above option Tho some in game Mods would be rather cool.
