ect. But the main thing you have to watch is it not only drives the
tank forward it also powers various other systems.
Turret rotation can eat a lot of HP and speed epically a heavier turret. lose some HP to generating power for radios, some weapons (few) turret controls fans ect. Bigger the tank the more hp to move the more hp to run all its systems goes up drastically. About to post up a tank which takes me a few but will look into more afterwards if you want. tho its all dependent on the above factors
