Major_Rampage: Please keep in mind that support answers tickets in order in which they are received,  so if you respond to your ticket before they respond it will look like a newer ticket.
Another thing to keep in mind that is most of the tournaments questions are handled via email:  tournaments@worldoftanks.com
I chatted with support and they are looking into it,  and you should have an answer with in the next 24 hours.  Don't forget that you need to log into the support site to see the response.
