Why Is NA Getting The Shaft In The Gift Shop?

You resort to pre-release and Alpha/Beta tanks yet Russian gift shop has them for anyone and everyone. Sorry but NA customer service is bad to put it nicely. Your continual dissing of the player base will never result in positive outcome. If you want the player base in NA to grow, you need to start catering to the players. I for one stopped recommending this game to anyone shortly after I started playing. At first I was excited and told friends about it. After seeing how we get the short end of the stick in NA I stopped. I don;t want any friend of mine to be dumped on by you guys.
