Pz IV changes

Lert: The story behind it is that tier 5 used to meet tier 8, but the MM spread got reduced so it only sees up to tier 7. The L/70 on a mobile medium hull at tier 5 would just be OP, so it was removed. Now if you absolutely must have the L/70 at tier 5 your only choice is the StuG III G.   The Pz IV Ausf. H with the L/48 or the 105mm are still very good though, in the mobile flanker way.
