current performance, you get a lot more motivation. It's all
relative to your current performance. Example: For
someone averaging .5 times his hitpoints, telling him to aim for
1.5 is too far a goal. Start with .75, and if he manages that, 1.
After that, he can aim for 1.25. That way he has realistically
achievable goals and he can feel good about himself for each and
every one. It works a lot better to keep motivated that way.
