Lert:   At the angles and hitpoints involved, the chance of the KV-2 finishing the M6 with one shot were near zero unless he was firing premium AP and had a very, very lucky roll on pen. Also, he had no more reason to believe that the M6 would continue backing up into his shot as to predict that I would move that way - except that if the M6 continued to back up, logically I would move that way as well.   Remains the fact that he attempted a long range shot with a very inaccurate gun (with a shot that splashes!) past a teammate's head at danger-close range, into a situation where an enemy tank was brawling at knife fighting range with two friendlies. That is akin to a soldier throwing a grenade at an enemy combatant at that moment engaged in fisticuffs with two friendly soldiers.
