WOT will not launch with windows 8.1

Lert: Considering the fact that I'm running it on Win 8.1 just fine, I dare say that it's not an incompatibility issue.   Make sure your drivers are updated, your DirectX is working and updated, close any uneccesary background programs.   Oh, and run a good virus scanner. You seem to have a problem with random words turning red.
