Track ID? (Memorial in Poland)

Lert: A polish friend of mine showed me this picture of a Warsaw Uprising
memorial on the Warsaw Technical University campus near by where
she lives:

link. I've been trying to figure out what tank that
length of track belongs to. At first I thought of a captured german
tank, possibly Pz III or Pz IV, but the guide horns are solid
instead of hollow like on the Pz's. Then I looked further: could
this be a piece of an IS / IS-2 track? I asked her to measure the
width of the track, what was the width of an IS-2's track?
