thought that was how it was. It's been a long time since I
last drove my ELC, but the lowest tank in near-ish memory I've
driven was the RHM and I don't remember that drowning in places
that other tanks didn't. ... Except ofcourse that one spot
on Serene Coast, but that was a map bug that WG fixed a while back.
