Laera: Hey heavymetal1967! First of all, I apologize for any
confusion and I totally understand your frustration. That's awesome
that you and your family can sit down together and enjoy a few
games of Tanks. 
I'm happy to hear that this
issue was quickly resolved, and that you can all return to playing
together. While I know this thread was intended to be a PSA for
anyone who has had their account locked due to suspicious activity,
we are slowly crossing the line in to disputing bans. I'll leave
the thread open for now, but please try to keep the conversation
constructive.
