Laera: We are currently working with PlaySpan/UltimatePay to investigate an issue with their payment system that is preventing players from making successful purchases on our Premium Shop as of the 4th of March, 2014. We would like to kindly request that players avoid making payments through PlaySpan/UltimatePay payment methods as we continue our investigation.   Should you wish to make purchases during this time, please feel free to use any non-PlaySpan/UltimatePay payment methods such as PayPal, Rixty, and KarmaKoin.
