A 'stepped/tiered' punishment system where each and every person, is treated alike, by mods that also treat punishments/actions alike.  No more mod1 says ban 7 days for player1 for action1, but, elsewheres, mod2 only 'asks nicely' player2 to stop the same action (action1).   Treat us all alike, and have treatment be alike as well basically.  You did give us a clean slate, afterall.
Respect us. We are your clients, guests, customers.   We came to your company, game, service and we still are here.  Dont treat us like dirt. We will leave if that is the case. Many already have.  There are other similar out there.  
You have fallen into a trap of 'new maps and new tanks' thinking.  How bout specials that are actually meaningful.  You got rid of the 50% off special for the weekdays in favor of "on track".   Also, you make the 1-4 grind easier, usually now 50% off on specials, but the harder grinds, costlier ones, you penalize, down from 50%off to only 30%. (yes, i mean when on special).  Bring back the 'top scores' for losing team get good (almost win-like) rewards.  Might make some people less likely to throw in the towel.  The basic old specials were nice. 50% off, 3x or 5x, haven't seen a 'premium code' in forever.  I do like the tie-in that you do with specials, 'history meets special' basically.  
I could go on, but I fear that I am already rambling.
