We're sincerely sorry about this issue. It frustrates us as much as it frustrates you. I know this isn't the response you want to hear, but we're continuing to work hard to get the issues with Ultimate Pay resolved before the 25th. Unfortunately the issue is on their end right now so we're waiting patiently for them to resolve it.
While this has already been linked, please feel free to read the FAQs if you haven't already.
