The first sentence states that all TD's in a tier are competeing for the same top 3 spots (e.g., a T18 could win first, AT-1 in second, and so on). On the other hand, the second sentence states "Every tank destroyer is a separate prize pool". This suggests that you're only competeing against other T18s, other Obj 268s, or so on.
In short, which is it? All TD's in a tier competeing for the same prize, or only one TD (Foch, etc) competeing against that same TD?
