I would have settled for the same. It's hard for me to fathom why we (NA) would not receive equal discounts to EU especially for one of the largest NA holidays. I explained in more detail in the above link.   Now comes Holiday Ops, probably the most favored event for many, myself included. It's been great so far but I noticed EU was sprinkled with a 50% crew retraining/training discount whereas we received nothing (yet). This is what brings me here today, I am worried. I'm worried we're being treated undoubtedly different. I don't understand (admittedly through my lack of knowledge on how a gaming company works) why we see situations such as the Thanksgiving issue and now during Holiday Ops where our European counterparts are getting a bonus here or there which is not offered to us.   Many will probably comment that we (NA) do get discounts at other times and I wholly agree that we do but the issue for me is why wouldn't we get them at the same time nor at the same frequency? I would really dislike to see a situation where EU receives a 50% consumable sale and we do not (or worse get a 25% discount).   My last question to you is how do I voice my concern / feedback on this topic? I feel like submitting a ticket is not the right avenue, I could be wrong.
