My game issue was outside of the standard server morning reboot.
Internet and all was fine. World of Tanks worked great on my PC,
but it was just that the NA server was not available. SA was fine.
So that really does not point to anything on my internet, wifi,
drivers, etc. Then you add in that many users experienced the same
issue at the same time. Sure seems like a server issue. And
receiving information from support team regarding an unexpected
server issue would be nice. But support ticket response takes days
for a reply/response. Is there a different method to get responses

Server drop, but I haven't received news of one, I also wasn't
online at the time so it very well could be a server issue. My
point was that some players may experience a disconnect or game
issues, see a post and chalk it up to that, while it could be
another issue entirely. Server issues are usually received as bug
reports where support looks and makes sure it isn't one of the many
other issues and then consider the server.
It happened a few years ago with the East coast server. Some players were completely fine but others were not due to the issues that the server was having on top whatever else was causing their PC to lag. It took a while for the devs to see the issue since it was difficult to see that it was affecting all players.
