WG: how can we convince you to do the right thing - server transfers

ericthevirus, on Jul 23 2020 - 00:59, said: see this is what i am talking about, no real answers from support. yesterday i created a ticket. here is my ticket (1) and then their response (2): (1) Good day. can you please advise me on whether there are any news yet on when i would be able to transfer my account to the EU server. my whole story can be found on my previous tickets. last time i was told that no one can help me and that transfers will not get done. why is that? why is it that WG is so strict with their "FAIR PLAY POLICY" and when it comes to illegal mods giving other players that unfair advantage but when it comes to people(players) like me who was forced (BY WG's WEBSITE) to open an account on the NA server have to play against players that has better ping, latency etc, players that can do events and in return earn bonds,special tanks etc etc, with all this WG does not care about "FAIR PLAY POLICY". how is it fair that because WG does not want to grant me the transfer i have to play against other players with 20-40 ping where as mine goes from 250-400 ping. how is that fair play. how is it fair play that players like me can't partake in events to win special tanks because of time zone differences (when it was your website that took us to start an account on the wrong website/region)? what happens to those players that can't and do not want to open a new account because they can't afford it or they have put to much work and effort in their current account? i know you will say that we must keep an eye out on the forum for such an event etc etc but this answer was given in 2017 and now 3 years later we still get the same answers we got way back in 2017. if WG is so big on "FAIR PLAY POLICY" does that not mean that all the players being able to play on the server which gives them the low ping, chances to win special tanks etc, that they should also be banned like the players who uses illegal mods, seeing that it gives them unfair advantage? and if the players with the low pings, chances to win special tanks for being able to partake in event which we cant are not getting banned, that will mean that players like me are then allowed to use illegal mods without getting banned to level out the fairness of the battle. thank you for your quick reply (2) Hello.
