Unable to purchase anything from Premium Shop

Flipped the gift card to Amazon Card balance- WG doesn't accept that as a payment method. So today I go back and enter my new bank debit card, hit purchase. DECLINED.   So what's the deal with the Premium Shop, WG? I'm trying to give you money but nothing I do seems to work.
