Hitting More Shots

KRZYBooP:  There is a mechanic in the game that deals with shot dispersion or the likely hood of a shot to stray from center. This is to make every shot in the game different, but also hurts in the heat of the moment and you are trying to shoot that tank in a vulnerable spot, through a window, and at the max range.  Every tank has a different value for this, and TD's tend to have better dispersion than other tanks.
