selection based on the vehicles driven. Out of 200 recorded
instances in my VK 100, VK 75, E75, E100, and 705/705A, I got
prokhrovka or Malinovka 31 times, representing a 38% increase over
vehicles my Strv S1, SU 100M1, Su 101, IKV's, Archer, M18, and
T25/2 battles over the same sample size. Potentially
possible through random chance, but considering it also represents
an 18% increase in occurrence over my collective medium tanks for
the same sample size collected over the same period of time, I
think this is pretty clear evidence that certain vehicles have a
REDUCED chance at drawing certain maps, based on suitability for
said map. Something most people have noticed
intuitively for years. 2) you cycle selection probability.
Basically certain maps have a rotating increased probability of
being selected for a period of roughly 4 days. Nothing
inherently wrong. HOWEVER, given the previous point, this combines
to utterly screw certain tanks. I should NOT get Assault on
Siegfried as the attackers in an IKV 65 for THREE CONSECUTIVE
BATTLES. Now I'm not claiming that this is a common
occurrence by any means. I've had such things happen maybe once
every 3 months. HOWEVER, I don't play a whole lot. Maybe 600-800
battles over a 3 month period. The fact that this is capable
of being a recurring phenomenon over suck a short period indicates
that you do not have enough enough maps both in total and in
rotation at a given period of time, given the fixed 3 variables for
game mode. 3) your tier restrictions make no sense. Widepark
and Province are locked to tier 6 and lower, yet somehow Mines is
still tier 10. Widepark should realistically be locked to
tier 4 and lower, Province and Mines to tier 6, and Ensk should see
nothing more than Tier 8, especially with the explosion of wheelies
onto the scene, and view range saturation at high tiers, these maps
are simply too small for reasonable game play in many vehicles.
