That is because the russian cry babies put up such a fuss that WG
was scared they would actually have to close the server(s) in the
RU regions so they caved and left it like it was. They need
to take those 2, along with the 279e, take the hit and do the right
thing. They wont leave but they will be butt hurt for a
little while. They are just everyone else, they have way to
much invested in this game to just walk away from it over that.
KRZYBooP: Nope.

Just a video describing what has been broken for years. Video
commentary is on point. Uses Wargamings own statistics. Accurately
describes "tank triangle" of damage mitigation, mobility, and
damage dealing being all high value with little to no
tradeoffs. Could have held WG to more historical accuracy and
even could have used Waargaming's own words and failure to meet
their promises, but the video does a good enough job stating the
obvious without going into that much detail...and fortunately that
omitted detail appears to be summed up by the text commentary by
our vigilant gamer playerbase. Like the EBR video,
this makes me circle back to this forum and point out that
Wargaming and even WGNA promised us balance but it never
came. Like the case of the EBR, this demonstrates a marked
absence of character..it is low to keep this as is for so long. The
impact of this tank affects mediums, light tanks, heavy tanks, and
even TDs because it has everything good. Everything. 430 tech
tree not discussed...but obvious. As discussed
in the EBR thread, Wargaming keeps the other game mode statistics
secret. Veteran players are all aware that the 430u has a
strong presence in end game clan matches, campaign, and ranked, and
that its easymode playstyle lets bad players get in and change
outcomes of games not based on any abundance of skill, but simply
by virtue of the speed/armor/gun being better or equal to
everything it sees. It doesnt offset the 907 or the 140, but
it is so broken that if either of those are too hard for someone to
play well (which is laughable, they are ridiculous tanks) then you
can do great in the 430u. Where do the other nations
tanks feature in this mix? Excluding the Batchat (excluding niche
tanks and super unicum outliers who are good in anything), most
other nations meds are almost nonexistant in these modes, and
certainly they are brutalized by the 430u in pubs. How is
this acceptable? Why does WG not live up to their own words?
This is not confusing. Bad players demolish in the 430u.
Accordingly, really good players frequently pull off legendary
matches in the 430u. This has gone on for soooo long that i
am concerned our community has simply accepted this crap is just
how the game is, which runs contrary to universal notions of
balance and fair play for any game. I am telling you this
does not pass the smell test. Wargaming: do what you said
you would do. Your inaction, sandbagging, and gaslighting has gone
on long enough. Youve failed us with the "ammo balance" and
take TWO YEARS to sit on this and delay it. You people need to hit
the brakes on new premiums and get to work making this right.
The "Balance Developer" team Lead, Yuriy Filipovskiy should be held
to actually balancing things. It is shameful, and it irritates me
to have to come here and shame your company into doing what should
be a natural and intuitive action based on fairness...and based on
your own notions of "roles" and your own hardline rules for
composite armor. Footnote: I dont
particularly care for CK. I think he benefits by making fun
of QB a little too much, and i dont even like QB. Im not this
guy's follower or his clan mate or even his friend. That being
said, he is right and on point, and he even missed some egregious
issues and facts surrounding the tank that further demonstrate how
inappropriate and stupid it is. I dont like the messenger, but his
message is 100 percent correct and it resonates
strongly.
KRZYBooP: All balancing of tanks was put on
hold until Ammo changes were made. This includes the 430 twins, the
EBR's and every tank in the game. No WG has never been accused of
making speedy changes, and I don't myself fully understand the
balancing process. It does obviously take some time, to ensure that
the 500 plus tanks don't have to be rebalanced over and over again.
Ammo balancing is still going on with input from our players, both
in and out of the client all feedback is taken into
consideration. If HE changes from the new balance hit
the server then automatically Super Heavies are buffed by default.
This shows that a change in something that is a core element to our
game needs to be taken slow and methodical. Raise your hand if you
would leave the game if the HE changes hit. Don't worry about me
seeing it cause I already know the answer

. Thank you very much
for the feedback you provide and all other players that are
passionate enough to leave feedback. While you may not believe it's
taken into consideration, it very much is. Balancing isn't an easy
task and someone is always going to upset that you changed their
favorite tank. If there is one thing you can count on, it's that
change is coming.
