Another Example of Russian Bias?

KRZYBooP: Not trying to insult anyone. Maps are being redesigned and
changing to allow both sides an equal advantage. Are they all fixed
and addressed? No you are correct they are not. Maps are not flat
though and the MInsk map for example is getting a rework to address
issues with players only going to two places to fight.https://thedailybounce.net/world-of-tanks/supertest-minsk-map-new-changes/

KRZYBooP: You are correct. My apologies.
BlackFive, on Jan 07 2020 - 10:34, said: wellll… now that we're opening that can of worms... Teh Russian Bias has been incorporated into the game in many ways: Maps designed to eliminate the 'deficiencies' of the RU tanks; c.f. "Flattening" of maps, a majority of hills that require tanks with supposedly good gun depression to have to expose the hull just as much as the RU tanks (which benefit from not having paper hulls) - eliminating the NATO 'hard turret' advantage for the most part, short bushes (only good for 'hover' tanks), 'micro terrain' that only hides the LFP of hover tanks, and low earth mounds that, again, only hide the LFP of RU/Clones. RU tanks with every bit of view range (if not more) than their same-tier US / DE tanks - despite tiiiny cupolas and historically poor optics Camouflage that does not reveal the tank until it is within its ability to see the shooting tank (unless double booshed) for those tanks that do have poor view range Mysterious snap-shot ability / accuracy of "poor accuracy, high alpha" guns, while US/DE guns love to dirt-dive Auto-Bounce "Auto-aim" point on RU Tanks, while non-RU tanks the "Auto-Aim" point = auto pen Oddly good side armor / low exposed sides with incredible round blocking tracks covering most of the tank "Corridor" maps that prevent flanking / reward face-to-face battles at 50m (designed to eliminate long range fires) - which plays into the RU Tank playstyle (and - and this is a NO Kidding Quote from the Devs - the corridors were designed into the game because RU players get confused with too many choices)* The list goes on *Go look at the "Dev" talks from when (about why) they were changing so many maps - this quote came out when they changed El Halluf)
KRZYBooP: I am not familiar with these dev talks that mention this and
would very much like to see the source if you have it
available. Some of the Changes I mentioned can be found

trees to assist with map balance.https://worldoftanks.com/en/content/docs/update-1-6-list-of-changes/ I
have experienced all the same issues that you mentioned while
playing RU tanks as well. Not getting a snap shot, my
round hitting the dirt, never blocking a single shot.
_Katyusha___, on Jan 07 2020 - 12:21, said: So you say german tanks should be tier VI at most because they
sucked? Agree. I have mine in tier VI, nice tanks, i like
both of my historically correct Tiger I, also my captured panther
to kill fascist scum. German tech tree need a rebalance,
down tier every tank in tier VII and up at least one tier, and
DELETE a lot of paper or fake stuff. No german tank of its fascist
period should be above tier VIII, and that is for MausKRZYBooP: I was sharing my opinion that yes I feel both Tigers should
be moved down in each tier. The Tiger 1 being placed in the same
tier as the 131. The changes to the Leo where it has the
fastest round in the game seem to be well received. The rest of the
rebalancing for tanks are awaiting the Ammo rebalance, which as you
may noticed is taking some time to complete.
