know the ones people wait to buy on sale, are rarely offered for
free.KRZYBooP: It's not that they will never put them on sale, but the
frequency of which the sales happen. I am only speculating on this,
but from noticing all the mission rewards, Tank rewards, and other
rewards could effect how often they happen.
