Okay, you guys are all right with putting your SSN out
there, good on ya. I'm not, and I'm not being derogatory
toward anyone that is (unlike the responses I've been getting
here), I'm just asking for an option as a Vet who enjoys playing
the game who doesn't want to have to give out his SSN or info for
my USAA account to get some cool pixels for my screen. I
don't have a VA card, I have a military ID card... and I don't
think they're easy to duplicate (edited).KRZYBooP: I still have my Expired military ID card as
well. The USAA option only asks for your last 4 instead
of the whole thing. Please also know that WG doesn't
have any Control over this verification process. ID.me is using the
SSN not WG. This is just partnership where we link
veteran's to the site, they verify, and only tell us Yes or No this
player has served. Also yes, you are more than welcome
to not submit your information to ID.me, but you really should
since they offer many discounts on a bunch of things that you may
be interested in.
