You play the game all month long get some tokens then after the event ends you spend them on in game goods and premium tanks.  Tokens are earned in different denominations depending on tier of vehicle played.  This month's theme for Tank Rewards is the 75th Anniversary of D-Day and runs from 1Jun19 until 30Jun19.  Get out there and start earning them Tokens.
