KRZYBooP:   There are trolls everywhere, and no amount of moderation is going to stop that. Players are people and some lean heavy to sarcasm and being a smart alec at every anonymous internet username chance.The WG policy to not publicly announce what actions are taken against players is vague on purpose.    1. A player incorrectly sanctioned doesn't have to live under the old news of being wrongly punished. Being sanctioned as a cheater and harassed every time you go in game even after you submit a penalty appeal and have it reversed. It doesn't happen often but it's nice to be able to appeal a penalty.    My apologies if you feel WG has miss-treated you, however as it stands from someone that works here and sees behind the curtain. Players are Banned in the fair play policy sweeps, every report is investigated by our support team and sanctions are applied when necessary. You may not feel this way, and I probably won't change your mind. I have seen our support team fight to get players more compensation than what was initially proposed and want to help increase reports to make Gen chat at least a little less, bad.
