How long does it take to get a ticket answered?

previously mentioned-- we answer tickets in the order in which they
are received. If you "bump" your ticket before we can answer it,
our system sees your ticket as "newer" and you are placed further
back in the queue. Please refrain from sending in multiple tickets
about the same issue, or bumping your tickets-- it will just take
