http://imgur.com/ is on approved list and they allow you to paste original URL of the pic you want to fetch (so no need to download and re-upload). Takes exactly 3 extra seconds to post a pic  
The first 2 are related to broken search index that hasn't been rebuilt in a month. Forum admins probably have a ticket open with IP.Board for that too, but it's probably low priority.
