A suggestion to WGNA for the betterment of the community.

There's been several instances I've seen where it would have been better for your customers that they could at least reach a staff member immediately to relay a message about a problem or glitch that way said staff member could relay that message to an appropriate person within the department that handles where the issue is at. Being able to throw a quick "hey look here" can avert more problems down the road instead of waiting for slow support tickets or for someone to actually catch a forum thread that quickly gets dropped doen the list if its a busy day in the threads.. Just makes more sense honestly.

Jewel_Thief: This is all fine and dandy, but yes, as Solono mentioned above:  I receive upwards of 80-120 PMs a day... As you can imagine-- you have a much better chance of getting a prompt response by filing a Support ticket. (Since there is an entire team of Support folks, and only a few folks who are moderators in our forums.) You are welcome to PM any one of us at any time-- but again, we may not always be able to get back to you promptly. :(
