4v4 Tier 7 Midweeek Brawl Bonds not paid out

Jambijon: Unfortunately we couldn't include the bonds on our automation so we'll have to credit them manually. It shouldn't take more than a week to get those credited out.  I included it on the rules and the tournament description.
