I am just hoping to hear what y'all do to make money.   I have some premium tanks t3 and a STA-2 but when grinding having to stop and do a few rounds of a the sta-2 to make up for major losses on other tanks  kinda sucks.  Anyway any ideas, thoughts, put downs etc I am open for suggestions.  Oh I can't really afford a premium sub.

Chose your shots better.  When a shot deals damage you earn income, when a shot doesn't do damage you're just buying a replacement round.  If you find yourself firing a lot of rounds that don't do damage, you're wasting credits, so consider that you need to shoot at a different target, or reposition on your current target to get shots that are more likely to deal damage. Shoot fewer premium rounds.  Premium rounds are expensive and the only advantage they have over standard rounds in income creation is that they're more likely to pen.  If you find yourself spamming a lot of premium rounds you may need to consider learning weak points better or chose your shots/target better. Review your consumable usage.  If you're using premium consumables in random battles... why?  Also for consideration, its only worth using a consumable if the usage of it is going to extend your life in the game.  If you fix your track and then are instantly killed, you've pretty much just wasted that repair kit so consider the situation before using it.  Can you fix your track and get back in cover before getting killed so that you have a chance at doing another hit of damage?  Or are you completely out in the open, staring down 3 tanks solo, in the middle of reloading your KV-2 derp with two hit points left?  I'm not saying that you should just give up, but use your resources wisely. Take less damage.  Taking less damage means spending less in repairs, and tends to go with option 1 here.  If you take less damage, you'll live longer, keep your gun in the fight, and improve your ability to influence the outcome of the game (assuming that you're not just trying to hide in a corner or something).  Spending less in repairs while earning more money by being alive and dealing more damage tends to be pretty win-win.

Jambijon:   Well said!  Being patient and being more selective with shots have helped me out immensely!  You want some type of return with every shot you take.  Situational awareness and knowing where to shoot is an invaluable skill to have.  Should I deal straight damage to this tank in the open or track him to get some assisted damage?  Should I shoot if I'm spotting for my team and give up my location?  Either answers for those questions are fine but some will benefit more depending on the situation you are in.  Keep at it!
