It's actually not very good at all, but better than the VKB.
IMO one of the weakest tier 10 heavies. E100 with the small gun does pretty much everything the Pz7 does, but better.
Jaguarz: Its not great but its not as bad as people think, its just
not easy and not versatile, the e100 got buffed recently,
unnecessarily imo so the pz7 is certainly a candidate for
improvement.
