Is this effort a joke or what am I missing?   2: Still paying for Zero BIA women? Victor is removing 98% of the Zero BIA value in sCrew 2.1   sCrew 2.0 revealed that there is no effective internal test and develop structure. Something so unprofessional can only come the ego of one person staring in a mirror for far too long. Its the one man Victor show and no one gets to tell our glorious leader "Victor this is your stupidest idea ever please stay in personal passenger jet fleet procurment".   At any moment from such a bungled sCrew 2.0 roll out Victor could have said "we will not remove zero BIA crews". He did not. They are "looking at it". With the revealing glimpse of how badly a company can be run from seeing the sCrew 2.0 roll out, expect the worst.   Reminder: zero BIA is a "pay not to play" 2x time saver. a: its a free skill b: its a free skill that doesnt slow down the procurment of other skills   PSA: they are planning to take this away from you even if you pay for it

Jaguarz:  Crew 2.0, like Steel Hunter, will be concepts from the middle managers running various teams within Wargaming and the premise they work on is "how to make as much money as possible". Steel hunter was a disaster commercially as its either reviled or ignored by most of the playerbase yet had significant resources sunk into it yet its "driver" pushed for it to be forced upon people via the "have to do both Steel Hunter and Frontline for all the reward tanks" which, though caused an uptick in Steel Hunter players resulted in less reward tank recipients as many just didnt value the tanks enough to play the mode. The internal rivals got the forced play mode for reward tanks removed from Steel Hunter (and moved onto battlepass, something that has a significantly smaller expenditure and eats far, far less resources) and what happened? No one played Steel Hunter, queue times were long and empty, virtually no one streamed it, I wouldnt be surprised if this is the end of Steel Hunter. The Steel Hunter example shows how a concept can run, whoever came up with the wheeze was convinced "Frontline with tanks" was going to be the next big thing and was so emotionally invested he amanaged to convince the decision makers to give it a full and comprehensive go on the live servers. Crew 2.0 was forced onto the consoles against the players wishes and probably resulted in a minor uptick in income from the whales so it was pushed onto PC, problem is PC is a much, much more important market and its players behave very differently, a lot of WOT players play nothing else whereas console players will flit between games so if you upset focused players you will pay the price and your bottom line will be hit. A good analogy recently would be the hilarious farce of the European Super League. I digress, point is the people who own Wargaming couldnt give a crap about what systems or concepts their teams come up with, their interest lies in how many diamond encrusted super yachts they can buy, youo really think they have played WOT in years? They will only get involved when someone is making a monumental fudge up. So take solace in the giant debacle of Crew 2.0, it will have hurt someones career inside Wargaming, it may come back around for another try in a year but I would be very surprised to see anything like it making its way onto the PC.
