There 6different ppl in the responses .it is a fiasco to say the least.And with the chargeback all I was going to do was get the money make sure the tanks were in the hangar and rebuy the dam package.I’m sure a lot fof you should ppl would be pissed as well and if that happened to you.
Jaguarz: Yeah I get its annoying and unnecessary but the problem is
first line support only get to see basic information and likely not
the whole picture and/or are limited in what they can do and are
usually judged on speed of resolution so investigation is not a
priority.
