Jaguarz: Look, if they made a mistake you are covered because its all
logged, you just have to go through some annoyance if it isnt
straightforward which it probably isnt because recovery may be on
one system and compensation for tanks received on another.
Sometimes you have to bang your head on the wall a few times before
you get through to someone who can actually help, we have all been
there. I played overwatch in its beta then purchased it to see
how it was doing a year or so later and it was trash, I asked for
my refund as I had played way less than the time they give you to
decide if you like it (maybe 2 hours of play, I forget) but they
fixated on my beta play time and not my actual game time nor the
fact that the refund request was put in 30 minutes after actual
purchase. That took me several back and forwards until
resolution. In your case you can continue to play ping pong
with support or you have another avenue where you can PM a board
admin, explain your situation and ask them nicely if they could
have a look at it or pass it up the line for you.
