within a week after a player gathering, I'd definitely get in
contact with the support guys and they'll be able to figure out
what went wrong. At the last gathering HBFT and I did in San
Antonio, we actually submitted the payouts the next day from the
airport, and they were done within about 24 hours from the
gathering.
