Battle not available if concurrent click for battle leader.

Hypnotik: To make sure I've got what you're saying, this is when you click accept in the notifications window (the bottom right thing)? Or is this when two people try to take the slot at the same time?   Since only one person can be in the commander slot, I'm having trouble understanding where the bug is in this. Are you unable to move out of/be moved by an officer from the commander spot?
