Are you the only one in your clan experiencing this, or is everyone?   To be honest, this sounds like something that would be better submitted through the support system, since we'll probably need to look at your python.log file to see what kind of client-side errors we can find in it. When you put in a ticket, include those screenshots and your python.log file (located in the main install directory), and we'll see what we find.
