Strongholds in 9.4 - What do you think?

The reason I asked about mods is that sometimes they have strange visual effects if written poorly (like making a message appear when it wasn't triggered by the game) or, depending on how it was displayed (since i didn't have the screenshot yet), possibly due to a changed messenger.mo file from some mods.   However, it turns out I was able to duplicate this bug on a clean client. It's been passed on to the devs.

Hypnotik: You can only attack the same clan once in 14 days, the stronger clans will likely get to higher levels quicker (and thus have more to pillage making attacks on them more appealing), and boredom from seal clubbing (stronger clans are playing to have fun, too). They'll all have an effect.

Hypnotik: If we have to rebalance it we will. If not, it'll stay. Time will tell.

Hypnotik: Once you set your time, it is locked in for 14 days. This has been stated many times.
