We have also noticed that at 19:16 23.11.2013 Forge also owns Coronado National Forest and still landing in Southhampton Island while still owning territory. Please take notice to this issue and let me know if the rules have changed, If so please fix the rules on the webpage. Thank you for your attention and swift action.

Hypnotik: That rule has not changed. If a clan applies for a landing before
their first territory becomes theirs, then the application stays.
It's a neat little trick using timezones to your advantage.
